Balance changes and bug fixes!
Balance:
- Offline earnings used to always make you fight the strongest enemies you’ve unlocked in your playthrough, but for some players that meant enemies so strong you would spend all your offline time dead and not collecting xp! Now if the enemies are stronger than your heroes and you go offline it will find a more fair fight for you. This will raise the offline earnings in most cases.
- Godmode can no longer pop single orbs. It still pops 2 orbs! Ultimately I felt the ability was too powerful for collecting the special gems, reducing the game to spam clicking a column.
- I retired the old highest combo leaderboard and created a new one, since it will be harder (and more impressive!) to build big combos now.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed a softlock if you were in the buddies tutorial and already had 3 buddies equipped.
- If you’re replaying an encounter the final boss will not include damage done on previous playthroughs of that encounter. Try to beat your old record!
- Powerup gems won’t spawn in a column that already has a combo gem.
- Don’t show a chest notification if you beat the final boss. He doesn’t have a multiplier reward.
- Fixed a bunch of rare crash bugs.

After a while of playing my tiny characters and the enemy stop and never attack again. They just keep collecting the attack counter and nothing. A refresh solves it, just thought I'll mention it.
This usually happens when there is a game crash. It sends me reports when it happens so I can track down the bug. In the meantime, a refresh will fix it as you say. Thanks for the report!

Another suggestion: I might suggest taking a look at Blue and Yellows powers a bit . Blues glitch blade is great in theory and in practice when it works .. but it only really works late into a level and if u can pull off 8 or barely more (too much gives u the next effect) before the monster dies. There should be some sort of other effect. Like... He glitches the "portal" for 3 rounds making it way more likely that the type you need will come out.
- Same with Yellows.. She has bombs that stun or lights them on fire but half the time they just DIE with the initial hit anyways... i may suggest adding the effect onto the portal and have the effect continue for X amount of seconds or X amount of matches or something else. They have good powers its just they aren't used as much ... compared to Green and Red who every time their powers activate it is immediately helpful every single time.

Great concept, but it's very repetitive and perhaps a button to automtically jump forward and collect the chests?

Hi, this game need some rework to keep people hooked up on it.
Some basic things that are needed:
1. Auto advance button, which advances when all requirements are met
2. Some kind of upgrades system.
3. Monster kill multiplier is still too low to have a impact, you get more money from matching items.
4. Something new on each lift ascension.
5. More skills
I hope you got the idea and bring some new stuff to the game, otherwise, people will just leave and never come back.
I didnt mean to undermine you or your game.
