You have to defend yourself and destroy the sperm, the HIV virus and the capsid before they reach the uterus. If this occurs, you and your wife will suffer the consequences.

So.. from a game perspective this lacks depth, options, a good interface. So I would not rate it high.
From a programming exercise or milestone perspective it has a lot of good features, things are nicely implemented and I think you are on a good way to make good games later or add more options to this one. Thumbs up! :)

There are lots of problems with this game, above and beyond the red button topic context.
1. The language selection requires some mouse hunting to bypass.
2. The level design is far too static.
3. Tower selection and placement can cause cell disturbances and keep the player from placing more towers.
4. At the games end when it takes you back to language selection, it loads the sound file one more time and doesn't end the previous instance of it.
The only real good thing I've got to say is that it has the solid foundation required for a good TD game, and could be a good laugh. Unfortunately, its not there yet.
