youd be better off remaking the program so you could relearn the techniques

It's a good start and I encourage you to keep on working. Some things you might want to add/fix is the problem of hitting the creatures and not coming back to life. Also, a great thing to add is to make it longer. Usually, people don't like extremely short games. Good Luck.
