Pro tip: left click on a number to clear empty squares around it
right click on a number to auto-flag all mines (if there are no other ambiguous squares)

@ChaoSpectre I find about 15 mines and then a misclick sends me back to square one

if anyone has the goal of a high global rank its best to be able to complete at least intermediate minesweeper

@pitch2 - In classic interpretations of minesweeper, digging a mine meant that you lost and had to start over. Taking a substantial hit for making the same mistake is a reasonable compromise.

The difference in point gain and loss with the game is ridiculous
