There's a secret message written in the background of level 9... It's written in almost the same color as the background, but shows up when an object passes in front of it, just above the yellow bus. Anyone else see that? What's it say?

I think i'm right with this but it says "hey guys, help a lady?" on the secret message and it is russian, and that was slightly similar to what the woman says when you start the level.
