Journey To The 5th Planet

This was made for the Ludum dare 48 hour Solo Comp.

Once every 300 years The 5 Planets perfectly align, opening up portals between adjacent planets. You are an explorer who wants to travel across all 5 planets and see what's on the final one.
But be careful, each planet has it's own unique gravity and weather, so you must be prepared for anything on your travels. You may even find other explorers or locals hidden among the planets.
