CraftyTurtle - That's the way the game is meant to be, when you turn blue, you can only jump on blue (and black) platforms, so if you land on a red platform, it's game over.

Cool idea, although lacking in polish.
My only suggestion is to improve the design of the art, as the cute little creature you control clashes with the ultra simple platforms. Perhaps simplify the character, or detail the platforms.

when i land on the red platform between the two black platforms, i get thrown back to the begining. why?
