Upgrading the mantle substantially reduces income, because for some reason it takes longer to heat the water to steam.

Iยดll have a closer look at it. Thanks. It takes longer to heat up because it raises the maximum temperature of the burn chamber. That means that it changes the scale of the termometer, you gain even a bit more temperature per second. Still, you are right this upgrade is currently not very usefull.

I kinda like it, but the price scaling could use some work, or making more coins per amount of power. Also, it'd be kinda nice to have an idle button where when one run ends it'll auto run again until you turn it off, I wouldn't mind the tiny amount of coins then.
True, the scaling is a bit step. I guess Iยดll putt a coin bonus on the science points. About the autrun thing I had at first two different conzepts in mind. One without any fuel and water but an endles running machine. I sticked with this but I guess i failed to explain the upgrade system. It is possible to make the machine run for a very long time if you take fuel and water upgrades but let the burner and some others on Lvl 0. It was not meant that the players should buy all the upgrades. Rather the plan was that people specialies on some of them to adjust the Machine on their playstyle.

Rebuild-Bug. Rebuild set upgrades back to 0 in upgrade tab, but as long no upgrades of respective section (generator, battery...) is bought, the old value before rebuild is used.
Uff, thanks for that information, gonna fix that.

Yes and it messes up the sound too. Iยดm afraid thatยดs because of how the borweser handle web-gl plugins. But also beacaus of the way how I implemented certain things. Some calculations are not done every frame in order to safe cpu time. That seems to cascade up with the lowered framreate while the tab has no focus. Itยดs cerainly something I have to keep in mind in my next projects. Iยดm not sure if itยดs always a higher gain tough. I had in mind I had way smaller ones when it is out of focus. But that coule be a false memory too.
