game freezes on the screen that reads "synchroms are not designed for physical contact." I never got to play the game because of this.

There is quite a load of assets (Musics and 3D models) so it may take some while to load. How much time did you wait ? Otherwise refreshing the game may help sometimes too. We can investigate more if you want to contact us directly ! Thanks for the feedback
Another thing, the game uses WebGL/HTML5 technologies, be sure to use an up-to-date Firefox or Chrome browser (IE11 is supported but without sound and Safari not integrated yet). Moreover updating your graphic drivers may help
