Great idea for a game! I would prefer that the stats for each nation were displayed on the screen at all times, rather than as a popup when you move the cursor over them.

A nice concept, however there isnt much challenge without the computer being able to defend against your attacks or you having to defend from the computer attacking your 'peacful' attempts. Other than that (and the grammer situation) i like it:)
