Did not like the page that opened when you finish the game...

The level 3 shot upgrade actually decreases the amount of damage you to do the target you're aiming at, since it puts you back at one forward shot. Maybe change it to have two forward and one on each side, so it's completely beneficial? Also nice that you let players keep their coins when they fail a level, but kind of defeats the purpose if you don't give them a chance to spend those coins before trying again. I'm also not really clear on what the timer's all about. It seems to correlate to the end of the level but not clearly enough to be of much use.

The spacebar command to unleash ultimate attack is unresponsive at times. Also, it'd be nice to have an hp bar for the boss so that the players aren't left wondering how much dmg we have to deal before it dies.

It seems like the coin collection uses the same 1-pixel collision that enemy shots do. Coin collection should be based on the whole ship. Nice game otherwise.

nice idea. too easy, not enough enemy shots for a bullet hell shooter. coin collection harder than avoiding bullets and shooting stuff. second hero is the only worthwhile one because you can aim the super weapon - and it has imba damage. bosses are much too easy with it.
