It was fun for a while, but I got bored after playing the unlimited mode for a bit. (Unlimited is unlocked by beating the big monster.) I feel it's a bit cruel to make the bullets the same colour as the coins! I lost a few hearts to collecting a pile of coins that apparently also contained a bullet! I rated 3/5 because I liked the upgrades, which seem balanced, but I'm not too keen on the energy thing. There's nothing amazing nor groundbreaking and the control felt awkward. I would prefer the option to use WASD for movement and the mouse to aim. Also, the facility to spend energy in exchange for money isn't very clear. It appears as if it's the exact opposite, i.e, spend money to get energy as it says 'buy' rather than price/cost.

I am on one heart, desperate for a heart pick-up. I see a heart, imagine my delight, I run to it, but then it deletes itself and a slime kills me :(

This has potential, but it's laggy, and too slow-paced. A bit of tweaking, though, and I think this could be pretty good. :-)
