if you unlocked a plane in the top, you should look near the water to unlock the other plane =)

unlock Fire Bee - go to the maximum altitude and off the screen. after 3/4 seconds of being off the screen you should unlock Fire Bee.
Thats how I did it anyways, don't know about Blue Bee
