It works, so chalk that up on the plus account. You've successfully made a rock, Paper, Scissors game. Not a bad start. Of course there's lots of embellishments that could be added to actually make playing the game more enjoyable. Some animations to show what actually happens when Land defeats Air or whatever to flesh the visuals out instead of just jumping to the screen telling if you won or loss. Perhaps keeping track of wins and losses. Multiplayer would of course add a lot.

Rock Paper Scissors with a different set of choices. It's okay for a test Flash game but some embellishments, alternate visuals, or multiplayer mode would had been nice.

From a usability standpoint, there are twice as many clicks as needed. Don't ask if I want to play again, just let me play again. After all, I am here to play. Also, a running tally of wins/losses/draws would be nice, for people who like to try and beat the odds.
