You have to pick the patient and take him to the Hospital carefully avoiding the other vehicles or crashing on the wall. Take the patients within the given time to gain points. Take all three patients to go to the next level.

Sorry dude, but very poorly executed driving system, its very touchy, and annoying in that it accelerates way too fast, and turns to sharp to complete. Until updated, 2/5.

worst game, couldn't even get the second patient. The slightest touch and you die.
Map needs to be bit bigger, and acceleration needs to be slowed down.
