I'm one of the few sickos that really enjoyed this! I also like that you get to keep the metal hand guard on each level if you get it. Fun little few minutes for me :)

So I keep clicking outside the game while grabbing money, game autopauses and when I click on the arrow to go on my Hand gets chopped off. One of the few games where I think autopause is useless!
