I would say that it needs highscore table and some sort of difficulty progression. But then, it wouldn't be infinite, now would it? =] Seriously though, the playfield shouldn't be anywhere near this big

He smiles. He always smiles. No-one knows why. Nor do they know how he sustained the wound that exposed his heart to the open air. Nor do they know why this does not kill him.
