Didn't notice the skills button until after i won and btw the reset button does not give you back skill points it just gets removes all skills making you start all over....very lame

You can change targets people, just double click the base your sending from. It could be easier to change targets though, and while I see the benefits of it automatically selecting the last attacked location, it would be better just to reselect the attack location each time.

If you start the first level again after you finished some other missions your progress is going to be resetted!
