GUIDE: 1:just press tab and enter.
2: press tab and enter.
3: press tab and enter.
4:quickly move through the white lines.
bonus/5:just tab and enter for every dot.
6: move your mouse where the end is and press tab and enter on the start. then just click the end.
7: just click and hold go and then release on the end, you may release but only on the white area.
8:press start and extremely fast move your mouse through the opening, then just go to the end.
9:minimize your screen and move it to the lower left end of your screen, press start on the GAME, then press the start button on your PC's keyboard, then press D. then move to the end and click it.
10: just navigate carefully.

[LEVEL 9] Click start button, Press [WindowsKey]+D, Move cursor to goal area, Press [WindowsKey]+D again and click Goal :D Hope it helps :)

I did level 9 without cheating. It took me a loooong time. THEN IT TOLD ME I CAN'T NOT CHEAT? I HATE cheating.
