This game is very educational. Good work!
I suggest some simple modifications that could turn it more interesting as a game:
Instead of arrows to control I suggest display the number and the user click on numbers to decide in which order requisitions will be served. It could have a display of average time response, total time, etc that the user will try to optimize (each level can have different metrics). The user can click a button and compare his solution with one of the algorithms.
Some of the most played games are idle games (only mouse clicks) so this have a huge potential as a game. You might add an interesting plot like some hacking or scientific problem.
