Kongregate is a great site, but it is suffering from the cruelty and ignorance of a group of individuals known as the Moderators, or “mods” for short. The mods are a volunteer police force whose job is to prevent objectionable things from being said in the chat rooms. In other words, they are petty censors. If you have had the misfortune to see these creatures in action, you know that many of them take great pleasure in silencing and banning individuals who annoy them. It is a despicable practice, but sadly it is condoned by the administration of Kongregate.
