On the 3rd mission I did every objective but for some reason the number of components didn't go any higher then 99, so I Failed!

Yes mine one doesn't load for the same reason.

How to get warp fuel?

Make a giant mothership that shoots a laser to destroy large objects like planets, black holes, stars, etc.
