Been trying to get the restaurant for ages but maybe it was just fluke but in a moment of desperation after setting my quality to lowest I got the restaurant after the 4th try, it seemed like I caught more starslides after dropping the quality to low. I think you *have* to catch the last starslide *just* after Pluto to make it to the restaurant if you miss that one you have no chance.
