The only reason the medium badge has been awarded so many times is because it is part of the Physics Pack quest. Duh!

@Bohandas I figured out this quick fix. Press shift once, click on one of that character's abilities and choose an empty square. No more Move All. Sorry, I know it sucks. It's the best I could come up with, though.
