Fine, since you asked so nicely. Ice cream booth is compatible with burger place. Bookstore is compatible with toy store. Toy store is compatible with game arcade. Boutique is compatible with clothing store. Clothing store is compatible with jewelry store. Jewelry store is compatible with salon. I'm still trying to figure out the others....just make sure you isolate your bathrooms somehow, by sticking them behind the elevators or something.

Although you can pretty much try it out yourself with an NY budget of 50k with the new restart feature, here‘s a list of some compatibilities:
beauty salon+jewelry+clothing+butique
game arcade+toy store+bookstore
supermarket+cake shop
steak+sushi
burger+ice+caffe
all the neighboring shops give suitability bonus, I still haven‘t tried it all out, but I suppose arcade + cinema should also give a bonus. So far, drug store isn‘t compatible with anything, but e.g. gives no incompatibility bonus with the restroom.
