game not loading - anyone else seem to have this issue? stuck at grid screen just blue/green lines/squares

After joining you can write your ID in the newbies_free_emeralds channel to receive 100 Emeralds by game mail. You can find your ID in the bottom left corner of settings from game home.

System error after update. Only shows front page and is frozen. Was playing before update and tried to take a break from adventure and met with the system error.
