2/5 because it works. But 2/5 also because a dress up game focuses on HUGE variety, and maybe on unlocking more stuff. How about a dress up game with scenario "Omg i must go to the dinner party", and if acieved good clothing and business negotiations, more money to spend and buy (unlock?)? more stuff. Special dresses unlocked (like clown suit if you ll make her dressing cheesy). OH! I forgot, all these to happen are more complicated like this stuff. Sorry folks, low efforts equals low revenues. 2/5.

The description is a little deceptive, You make it sound like the dress up achieves something, but it's just a plain ol' dress up game. Can't give it more then a 1/5 for that.
