When I went to continue and use the level select screen, I can't select the following level. I have to replay the previous level which I already completed. This is after I chose to fully complete an older level though, not sure if that has something to do with it.

Pressing "R" on the "Level Completed" screen makes the "Level Completed" screen reload and then you can't do anything but reload the whole web page.

I upload new version. A bug in the 13 level corrected. It was a mistake in level design.

Not bad, it'd be perfect if you could see all map and not just the zone near you, that way you could think about how you can go to the place you want and not just improvise and pray for luck.
