In Spectrum Wings, sei il miglior pilota della galassia e il tuo obiettivo è distruggere l'arma definitiva dell'impero malvagio Xenuvian prima che venga usata. Una caratteristica interessante di quest'arma è che durante la fase di carica, che fortunatamente dura abbastanza perché tu possa raggiungerla in tempo, tutta la luce riflessa sulle superfici solide della galassia appare completamente desaturata all'occhio umano. Puoi controllare la nave sia con il mouse (altamente consigliato) che con la tastiera. Overall, not too bad. However, the whole 'money based on accuracy' thing takes a lot of the fun out of this sort of game. Seems you get paid to NOT shoot the enemy. Bad call there.

More problems. If you purchase the wrong upgrades midway through the game you are totally screwed, need to be able to change upgrades around or replay earlier levels so you don't have to start from scratch. Also, the upgrade from the midboss is hard to use: it can drift off the screen, and changes the type quickly enough that you sometimes get the wrong one because your ship doesn't move very quickly. A window that pops open and asks you what to upgrade would work better. I really like the look of the game, wanted to like playing it, but I just can't.

What i noticed is, when you complete a level without shooting and only use the capsule to attack, you will get NaN amount of credits and you can buy anything. Also if you don't shoot, your capsule is one hit kill even to the boss.
