The only way to send gems currently is by gifting them in the shop.

I Like and Love This Game BUT This game aren,t fair because i very hard to get the PVP Exp ,Why the others got PVP Exp easier?. What is the solution? How to get PVP Exp easier

Practice more. Practice until you can practice no more..... THEN PRACTICE SOME MORE !!! You'll soon be the king of PvP.
