Nice concept! A few suggestions:
-Tutorial level, or at least something a screen that says "get all circles before time runs out, avoid squares and the edge!
-when game ends, allow space bar to restart
-bonuses or powerups (squares disappear, time slows/stop, etc)
-when you get the 1st/2nd orbs, adding a few more seconds to the clock
