Ok, theres no bugs with the powerups, the number of powerups that could be held pends on what level encryption you are:
1: No powerups
2-4:One powerup
5-6:Two powerups held

There seems to be a bug where powerups don't always appear when you get them. It's kind of annoying to me.

its pretty simple, collect files, move to next level, use powerups to defend yourself, and yup lol
