Ini adalah game hybrid Action/Point&Click Horror Adventure yang ditujukan bukan hanya untuk gamer kasual P&C tapi juga penggemar Resident Evil, Dead Space, Silent Hill, dll. CERITA: Kisah dimulai saat kamu terbangun di sebuah ruangan di rumah mengerikan penuh darah. Tubuhmu penuh perban dan identitasmu misterius bagi semua orang kecuali beberapa orangโtermasuk dirimu sendiri. Saat kamu berusaha kabur, kamu menyadari rumah itu adalah sarang mantan kepala bedah gila yang dijuluki media 'THE DOCTOR', mantan kepala bedah psikotik yang kini menghabiskan hari-harinya bereksperimen dengan seni bedah gelap, vivisectionโmenggabungkan anggota tubuh manusia dan hewan. Kamu adalah korban terbarunya. Semakin jauh bermain, kamu sadar tidak semua seperti yang terlihat, ada rahasia yang harus diungkap, dan beberapa akan mengejutkanmu. GAMEPLAY: THE INSANITY mengikuti tradisi banyak game point'n'click sebelumnya, tapi juga menampilkan banyak sub-game aksi untuk menjaga pemain tetap waspada, termasuk pertarungan atau memecahkan puzzle dalam batas waktu. Cara Bermain
KONTROL: MOUSE. Item bisa diambil dengan klik dan dikembalikan ke inventori dengan klik di area inventori atau DOUBLE-CLICK.

*Spoiler* Instructions for "The Machine." To beat "The Machine" you need to keep from getting your arm cut off for 30 seconds. The buttons on the left and right each have an arrow that shows which way the saw blade will move if you tap the button. After a certain amount of time the green button flashes. Sometimes it will flash and say "reverse polarity" which causes the arrows switch directions. Tap the button that moves the saw away from your arm and switch buttons if the polarity reverses.

To those who donโt know how to get the code to open the door, the code is in a book in the library. Click the book, go to the second page, look at the bright yellow piece of paper, and at the end of the paragraph should be the code. Oh, and the code number is always random, so try to remember it or just write it down. Hope this helps! :D
