Is the game glitched??because whenever i go to Smerd,Fort Goks,Quabba etc. There are no cars for sale.....

Please fix the bug when you arrive at a town, the town itself does not appear and the only solution is dying but the problem is im already maxed out and cant die so please fix it.

When i play the game, it does not load and the game screen turns grey with a writing at the top left corner???? (Im not sure if it is a maintenance thats causing the problem :D)
