This has some potential, but you'll have to not only improve the audio and visuals, but move away from "classic Battleship" rules and game play in order to get more people interested. Think about it: You've got a submarine and an aircraft carrier, right? Why not use them? Think about what would be fun, and don't worry so much about it being classic. People who want to play classic battleship will just go get the board game or the grid paper out, or they'll Google it.
What people are saying about your RNG is this: You might be randomly placing shots, but once the AI finds a target, it will automatically know its exact position and orientation. I'm not sure what algorithm you're using, but it's not guessing once it finds a target. You'll need to make it "think" more like a human. How many times have you managed to score two direct hits in a row on the same ship? For me it's rather rare.
I wouldn't mind skimming through your code to give you some suggestions if you'd like.

Won my first game, lost my second. I think the computer is guessing... 3/5. I'm not all that fond of battleship, though; too much luck involved.

The isometric 3d-view while adding some cuteness was very hard for gameplay. The lack of audiovisual feedback made the game dull. The choice of dark blue on blue colour for missed shots definitely has to go away. Much more contrast is needed for the game to work. For implementing a battleship game with the real rules (no touch&feel between the ships) I'll still give you a 3/5.

Not sure what the point is when the computer is obviously not guessing. I tried 3 games and in all 3 the computer sunk my carrier and battleship starting with it's first shots without wasting a single shot to find the ends or sides. I then managed to sink 2 of it's ships before it proceeded to kill the rest of my ships, again with no wasted shots. If It's a time/puzzle game, then you should state that. If it's a real game of battleship, then you need to make it less obvious that the computer is being given the ships positions. 1/5
