Description

This game simulates what it is like to have hypersensitive senses, the way people with autism do. It was developed as an entry for Hacking Health Vancouver 2013, in less than 12 hours.

How to Play

Use W-A-S-D to move, and mouse to look around. There are no monsters, no score, no goals. Just experience what it would be like to be an autistic child at a playground.

This game has a simple mechanic, and when the player tests with it, they may understand what the game is about. It's strange seeing the world through the eyes of someone we cannot truly understand, but this game comes close.
However, when it comes to actual game experience, there is no actual story or a goal, however, for what you're doing, that may not actually be a problem. Another thing is that clipping through the stairs and stuff kinda takes away from the experience. Just either make them accessible or block the player from going on them at all.

Pretty impressive for a game made in 12 hours, but at least have an end to it so my ears can be spared :P Holy moly at the sound, it's deafening. It's like the Slender game, but with kids. You really do want to escape it all, I just made myself fall off the island for mercy.

I felt very distressed to the point of having vicious chills and being scared of the npc's. I imagine this was the point though. Good work.
