Description
Space Wolf 3000 is a fast-paced action packed space shooter.
You are Space Wolf, a former military Captain on the losing side of a galactic civil war. You've almost reached your home world when you're ambushed by a vengeful General who want's nothing more than to turn you into space rubble. Can you make it through the deadly asteroid field and even deadlier enemy fleet?

How to Play
* Use the arrow keys or WASD to navigate your ship.
* Pressing Spacebar will fire your weapons, but keep an eye on the Overload meter! If it fills it up you must wait for it to cool down before you can resume firing.
* Destroying asteroids may cause valuable Powerups and health pickups to spawn. Once you have a Powerup, activate it by pressing either shift key at any time.
* You have only five ships for the entirety of the game! If they run out you must start over at the beginning.
* Collect Space Credits so you can upgrade your ship between missions.
* Escape key to pause game

- Reduced enemy bullet and missile speed
- Misc. tweaking of model size and various attributes to make more balanced
- All new Powerup system added

Very fun, although rather hard. I think you should make the bullets do more damage. Other than that, good game. Keep it up.

enemy ships fire too fast, your ship is too big, should be able to hold space bar down for continuous fire, ok game otherwise
Thanks for your feedback, man! Just uploaded a new version where I tweaked the size of the ship and some other elements, adjusted the enemy fire rate, and added autofire!

Absolutely needs autofire when holding space, number 1 rule for this type of game! What were you thinking? Keep updating, might turn out real nice with a few improvements.

tried it again but the enemy ships still fire too fast, at the half way point you fight 2 tires, that is the bullet speed the other enemy ships should have. also how do you even kill those tires? they have way too much health
Thank you for revisting the game. I just updated it again with more adjusting, including reducing bullet speed by a lot, as well as the speed from the missiles from later levels. I also added a new powerup system which I hope might help balance the game a little more and make it more fun. ( see instructions or in-game guide for more on that :) As for the tires ( updated the model to look less tire-like haha ), they're are the only enemy that is indestructible. The goal with them is to simply dodge through the pattern their bullets make. I tried to indicate their invulnerability with a "null" type sound when your bullets hit them.. I updated the sound to make it more prominent, hopefully that helps some. Again thanks for replaying the game and providing more feedback.
