Description

The Reaper has to catch souls and send them to Hell, the problem is that the Reaper can't see through the darkness of Hell and he needs a guide to do its job.

You are the guide, the Eye of Hell.
Your mission is to show the path to the reaper, so it can catch the souls, but beware, for the Reaper's power is so big that even your outstanding powers would be nullified if it touches you, so you'll have to show it the way and move away just before it touches you.

This game was made for the "Game in ten days 10" contest.

How to Play

*Move the Eye of Hell (red ball) towards the button to start the game.*

W,A,S,D or Arrow keys = Move.
Spacebar = Freeze (when charged).
Q = Quality.
Upgrades menu = Sound.

Help the Reaper to catch the necessary amount of souls to reach the next level while you avoid being touched by it.

Upgrade, use your "freeze space" ability and different powerups to reach your goal.

Touching a soul will decrease your score.
Your score increases by time and whenever the Reaper kills a soul.

*Move the Eye of Hell (red ball) towards the button to start the game.* ---------------------------------------------- *Powerups:* *White butterfly:* Will put the reaper in frenzy mode for a while. Useful but dangerous, be ready to use your attack to stop it from killing you. *Green + sign:* Gives you a score bonus! *Red ring:* Creates a "Freeze Space" field when you touch it. *Blue soul:* Spawns 10 extra souls. *White Eye of Hell:* Makes you smaller for a while. *Green Eye of Hell:* Makes you invincible for a few seconds. *Red Circle:* Reduces the "Souls left" number.

Nice work, my first suggestion would be offering options for Mouse vs. Keyboard controls when you start :)

I always assumed the most fearful concept in the universe would be perfectly represented by a butterfly. Fabulous job!

I added and in-game powerups screen where you can see the description of the powerups.
I also added W,A,S & D to the arrows on the main menu so the players know how to move without having to check the instructions tab.

I liked it. The effects were very nice and everything, but it just didn't seem very challenging. But still, for a game in 10 days, it's very impressive :p
