The Bard's Journey

Description

This is meant to be an homage to old-school text adventure games, so if you don't like a lot of reading, this game isn't for you! Please just move on, rather than rating it poorly for being a genre you don't like.

I originally made this for Kongregate's music game contest, but didn't get it ready in time, so I thought I'd fix it up and release it now.

The game combines old-school RPG game play with music composition for stat bonuses. Don't worry if you aren't musically inclined; the composition can be as basic or as in-depth as you like.

How to Play

Basic controls are just clicking on buttons with the mouse to perform actions. Combat happens automatically, but you can click combat buttons to perform special actions.
