This game really needs a 'back up one step' option. Having to restart an entire level over one mistake or finger twitch at the wrong moment has gotten really old.

What does percision mode do?
With the original Squarus, people complained about the controls being finicky. Essentially, precision mode makes it so that one key press = movement by one unit, which (should) make movement more precise, hence the name. This has the side effect of making movement rather cumbersome, so I made it optional - this way you can traverse longer distances without constantly pressing the same key.

I was stuck on level 6 until I realized u could move the blocks with the lazers!!! I feel kinda dumb but maybe somebody else also got stuck for the same reason

Suggestion: Give the player the ability to reverse their last move, so they're not required to re-start from the very beginning of the level.
Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make this happen! The current attempt I have for an undo function caused a whole other set of problems, and my other projects/responsibilities (cough uni app essays) are preventing me from dedicating the necessary time to really fix it! I'm really sorry to all the people who asked for this, but chances are that Squarus II will stay as it currently is. :(

Definitely among the better puzzle games out there - not so difficult as to be frustrating and off-putting, but challenging enough that when you finally solve a level, there is a feeling of accomplishment!
I have two suggestions for whatever they are worth.
- As others have pointed out, some sound might be good.
- An "undo" function would be great. Since there is a degree of trial an error working through it, having to go all the way back to the start can be annoying. Being able to drop back a step when you realize you've gone wrong would make for smoother game-play, in my opinion.
Thanks!
Thank you for playing! The undo function is in the making, and music is next on the to-do list :D
