Has promise, but needs a little polish. Sometimes my bullets didn't light up their destinations, and the checkpoint trigger was annoying. Otherwise, pretty fun. 4/5.

Not bad for a first attempt, but there is little replayability. The darkness is a fun aspect, but the spikes are random, the bullets hare often hard to see, especially in the dark, and the checkpoints repeatedly save progress when standing on them. It would be more useful to track deaths, instead of giving a small number of lives, given how easy it is to die randomly. Also, the little guy builds up too much inertia. He likes to keep moving after the button has been let go. I give it 2/5 because frustration isn't fun. Playing the same level for three consecutive games isn't fun, either. Keep working on it, though. It has promise.
