Description
This game is better if you play the first one, 'Home', first.
A short story about the travels of an adventurer and a young girl she meets along the way.
Make sure to read the instructions below.
Also, if you want to download the music used in the game, PM me and I can send you a link :)
All art, programming and music done by me. Made with Unity, with huge help from Fungus (an amazing free tool for Unity).
Thanks for playing!
How to Play
IMPORTANT:
If you're having WebGL memory error, apparently clearing your browser cache solves the problem. Really sorry if you have that error, I don't really know of any other way that fixes it and of course deleting the cache won't be an option for some of you if your important saves for other games are on that.
E, left click or spacebar to advance text.
A and D or left and right arrow keys to move,
W, Up arrow or Spacebar to jump
J or left click to attack,
K, S or right click to dash in the direction you're moving.
IMPORTANT: The dash can be used in mid-air or on the ground to dodge through enemies or get more distance with a jump.
Developer Updates
GETTING THE LAST 4 HERBS:
Not an update, but something some people have mentioned they struggle with.
The dash ability (S, K or right click) can be used in mid-air to get a longer jump. In the herb gathering scene you can get to the last 4 herbs by jumping and dashing right.
Also, if the E button isnโt working to talk to a character, try moving a little bit and it should work fine. It only happens occasionally, but people have mentioned it enough for me to highlight it here.
Just putting this here in case someone struggles with these two things :)

This game just made my day. This was a great continuation of the first game and I love what you added to it. Keep up the amazing work and I can't wait to see what you have in store for your next game, whether it is a part of this series or not.
Thanks so much! I'll have to start a new project as soon as I can, once I actually have an idea to work off of. Regardless, there'll be plenty more to come.

Great follow up to the first one. Took me a minute to realize I could dash in the air for distance. I might have clicked through that part of the tutorial though. Loved the game. Good job.
I admit the tutorial was left till the last minute and isn't the best way to show the controls, but I feel like it's light enough on gameplay that it doesn't affect the overall game too much. Thanks a million for playing!

Heh. I thought that this game was "Home" based on the preview icon, and I thought that I forgot to rate it. I gave it 5 stars before I realized that this is a completely new game. Played it through, kept the same rating.
The art style is pretty much identical, I can't blame you for mixing them up haha. Thanks a million, the ratings help so much for the monthly contest. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

any plans to make more?
I don't know what I'll make next, it could be connected to this series or it could be something entirely new, but I'll definitely keep making games so yeah, there'll be more coming. Thanks for playing!
