I wish there was an upgrade system, or different kind of battles, just to get rid of the feeling that you are doing exactly the same thing over and over again.
thanks for playing and leaving a comment, Medieval Wars 2 is ready and I will upload it very soon :)

This is a fun little game. I'm glad you wrote out the bonuses in the instructions, but I can see you've frustrated a lot of people who didn't notice or understand them. I suggest you make the bonuses more obvious in game or in the dice rolling animation. I suspect the bonuses are per die which means they can really add for for moderate to large sized armies? In any case, more clarity would really help, adding achievements that give you bonuses and experience for your general that carry across missions would really make this a gem. I hope you make a sequel with some of these relatively simple improvements.

Good game, music isn't bad although it is too repetitive. I was expecting some kind of description of strengths/weaknesses with each faction not just different colors. Overall I give it 4/5 for a solid well designed game. Make an update with improved factions and add variety of music and it will be 5/5. Keep up the good work.

Who downrated RrGg's comment!? It's spot on! The two flaws in the game: 1, Dice rolling, not particularly interesting to watch and it gets repetitive. And 2, the dice rolls disappear before you even know what you got, making the whole thing pointless. Might as well just attack and instantly see if you won without the dice rolling at all if we don't even really get to see the results anyway.
Anyway, 4/5. Pretty awesome.
