Sorry for the confusion. The money it tells you you can win on each race is the MAXIMUM amount. The slower you go, the less you win. Sorry, we didnโt make that very clear.

Tranquility Base is an epic race track! Good job! I would suggest more races, a siren on the police car you can unlock and customization for the races (extra blue cars= 2x score, more police, less police and blue, more red= .5x score, ect.) But overall the game is a 5/5! Great job!

I think the money problem everyone's having is a matter of language: The "prize money" stated is the total possible money you can collect on the level. I've completed a level completely out of bounds, and I didn't get any "prize money" because I didn't get any cash pickups.
This is true, we didn't explain it very well (or at all!) The latest version is a little better.
