PROBE
Tags for PROBE
Description
A minimalist "ambiance" platform game.
How to Play
UP allows you to jump.
SPACE creates a block under the Probe (as long as you have some in stock).
ENTER engages the auto-destruction of the Probe, which is particularly useful if you get stuck because of your own blocks, for example.
And the Left and Right arrow keys obviously are used to go left or right.
Careful ! You need to refill the probe's energy in lit areas quite often, otherwise your probe will progressively lose its power, become slower and slower and finally turn off, cutting the signal.

Could have been a nice game.
But the screen is really small and my character just looks like a square bush.
The fact that there i no explanations anywhere is also disturbing.
You can get stuck somewhere in a blink of an eye.
And the most annoying : if you die, you have to start over.
Add a little tutorial, check points, and fix that screen.

The game is cool but there is still some bug A like going out the screen and it's impossible to come back.

It's a neat concept, it doesn't even matter that there is no explanation because it adds to the ambiance/concept of the game. I like that it is oldskool. I don't understand why the screen is so small though??

Great concept. I really like the atmosphere this game creates with the little it offers. It is not perfect though. You should not have to start all over again after you die (let's jsut say "click"; I don't want to spoil it for anyone). I once fell down a pit and wanted to go up by using blocks. Didn't work. Kinda frustrating. There also was no way of telling where you can fall down and where you will die if you fall. Please keep improving this game. It looks so promising, but it's simply too frustrating right now. 3/5 for now, but huge potential for improvement.

i couldn't even get the game to start. There was just a spaceship with two blinky lights. I tried all keys and mouse clicks, but nothing happened...
