An extra button to reset just the current item choice, not the whole thing would be good. Other wise maybe an option where the item disappears after being clicked on for the second time.

Nice Dress-up game, with good graphics and all.
But a simple tip. Make the hit-area's larger got the items you can click. It's almost impossible to click the mascara or the neckless. A simple transparant clip behing it should do the trick.
