Im getting old haha i think so people with the same age im sure remember the game ADVENTURE ISLAND, GRADIUS i love that games i never see others game like that now, so i get inspired by this type of games and i make some crossover with that style all this games are old but one of the best i ever play

For those having trouble getting all the stars because they kill the boss to quick you can travel behind the boss on allot of levels to prevent doing damage to him it is possible to do even fully upgraded.

Don't upgrade to much or you will never get all the stars on the boss levels. Terrible gameplay idea with the stars coming long like that even on boss levels. If you are going to have stars like that, then they should come based on how much health the boss has. Say, the first one comes when the boss is at 90%, the second one comes at 70%, then 50%, 30% and 10%. For the last two bosses, I purposely tried to avoid hitting the boss but just from moving to avoid being hit by everything else, I killed the box before the third start even came out.

on level 15 I kill the boss too fast to get 5 stars. I try and avoid him to drag the level out longer, but can only get the 3 stars. Any tips?

Last 5 levels are useless, they're so easy to beat having top all stats that they're boring. And the last 3 bosses have such a low HP that you actually have to avoid hitting them if you want to collect the stars 'cause they die too easily.
