Level 13 doesn't make sense according to the instructions. It says that you need to connect each house by pipe to the water tower. On the top a little to the right of the middle there are three houses that cannot be linked to the main water pipe. You can still beat the level linking the three houses together but that's not what you're supposed to do in the game. Fun and addicting puzzle game though. 5/5
