Well, tic tac toe is a very simple game, there isn't many things you can improve without changing the game's original form. But all kind of possible options that could be there, you made it.
Congrats! The game is great, the only thing you could add would be a nice song. x)

Tic-tac-toe is a very simple principle. If you know the rules and the logical moves, you can never loose. The hard part is this instance of the game would have been to make the AI dumb rather than smart... ;)
