Save file will be deleted if your browser clears cache or use 3rd party software like CCleaner to clear cache.
Make a backup by manually copying the save file somewhere else if you plan on cleaning your computer.
After cleaning your computer, restore the save by pasting the file back in the save folder.

Developer Updates
Idle God III is finished and will be published March 20th, 2014 if everything goes according to plan.
Itâs a massive, massive game. In terms of sheer number of possible ways to increase currency, there are about 6x more methods. As for the actual content, Iâm hoping itâll keep players occupied for days, if not weeks. The story is now a short novel with a dozen endings based on choices. The interface has been completely remastered and works beautifully. Itâs probably the last game Iâll make, I hope everyone enjoys it.

I like the story a lot, thought I wish that after a certain number of rebirths that you would find out what originated the power source :(
